Terms & Conditions

BY—MUSE ("we", "us", or "our") operates as a business partnership based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between bymusesocials ("Contractor") and the Client ("Client") for all work undertaken during the agreed period of service. This agreement applies to all communications, including email, social media, phone calls, and any other forms of communication.

Agreement —Before any work begins, the signed contract serves as the Client’s acceptance of our services, in compliance with these terms. Payment is due as outlined in the signed contract. By signing the contract, the Client agrees to adhere to the agreed payment terms, and to settle the payment within the stipulated time frame.

Charges & Payment Terms —All charges are based on time and materials unless otherwise specified. Payment is due within the time frame specified in the contract, typically either 14 or 30 days. The Client agrees to pay for all services, and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our work. However, alternative services may be provided in place of refunds.

Expenses — The Client agrees to cover any additional expenses incurred by bymusesocials or any third parties, such as travel costs, hotel stays, specialized materials, and third-party service fees that are agreed upon prior to the project.

Intellectual Property — Upon completion of the project and final payment, the Client owns the intellectual property for all material created under this agreement. bymusesocials may showcase sample works from this project as portfolio pieces, but only with prior consent and approval from the Client.

Limitation of Liability — While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of material published, bymusesocials takes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content produced. We are not liable for damages, including lost profits or other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
